Painted Fireplace

A great cheap way to change the look of a room!   Paint the fireplace a bold color.  We chose a dark

gray which is a modern touch to a classical room.  We also re-framed the painting over the fireplace.  It was an antique gold...we changed to an antique silver.  Another update to this room is the cowhide and chrome bench.  It adds additional seating to this small area.  And finally, a touch of color with the turquoise bowl and silk pillow backing on the chairs.
